Question by Sophie M: Is it possible to have prescription RayBan sunglasses? Where could i get this done?
Also i was wondering if there was a difference in RayBan optical glasses and their sunglasses?

I really would like to get RayBans but i need to see if they are able to have prescription lenses first.

thank you!

Pretty much anywhere they sell glasses, they can get prescription sunglasses as well.

You can get them, but I don’t think all of their frames will take prescription lenses. Their wayfarer frames will take prescription lenses (you need the Ray Ban RX-5121) they have abunch of other frames, I think the ones that start with “RX” will take prescription lenses. I would suggest you look on some of the on-line places first, and see what frames are available, once you find what you want, you can order them or get the model number and find a local shop that has them or can order them for you.

You can look on http://www.go-optic.com and numerous other sites.

Ray Ban sunglasses are all optical quality suitable for prescription lenses to be put in. All major optical stores sell them.
