Question by HoleInOne225: How do you clean scratched oakley a-frame lenses?
Does anyone out there know of any house-hold products that can be used to clean Oakley a-frame lenses? I heard of rubbing alcohol, but that really didn't seem to do anything. Any suggestions?

never use any household cleaners...
i work at Sunglass Hut...the only things you'd want to use are either a) water and then rub them clean with a microfiber cloth (the oakley bag) or b) buy actual lens cleaner, one that is primarily isopropyl alcohol, the other things mixed in it will pull off dirt and smudges
if your lenses are scratched, you're outta luck and just have to get new ones.
next time you're in a mall, just stop by Sunglass Hut and ask them to do it.

I think he means can he “polish” out the scratches the answer is yes you need a very fine compound polish off ebay and keep using that and eventually will get rid of the scratches
